Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I am using Rippling to handle HR and IT management and automation.
Pros
- IDP - lots of integrations and a custom SAML option.
- HR and IT full integrated.
- MDM and AV purchase and manage with a single vendor.
Cons
- They don't have a way to add or remove new services outside of a full contract change.
- Their inventory management warehouse is helpful but doesn't allow for the shipment of devices between people; they are only shipped to the warehouse and then to another employee.
- Integration changes can require a complete setup to use the new integration vs having a migration option.
- Employees have access to data and don't have to ask for it, saving time.
- Can easily surface data for managers to view for all of their reports.
- Rippling can auto disable accounts saving on licensing costs and cleanup time.
