Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for our company Benefits administration for a team of geographically dispersed employees. We utilize the platform for easy access to health, dental, life, and vision benefits, as well as options for HSA, FSA and 401k plans. Since we are a small company and do not have a large HR team, Rippling helps to simplify this process so any employee can easily access their benefits or tax information.
Pros

Cons
- There have been some outages when the platform was not available to access for a few hours.
- It would be great to get an alert about 401k distributions once you hit a certain benchmark or limit for the year.
- Making use of HSA/FSA funds could be easier (ie. monthly recurring payments have to be submitted and filled out every month instead of just submitting receipts).
- Rippling provides an easy one-stop for our HR coordinator to access relevant tax and employee information quickly.
Rippling was recommended by one of my mentors and used at my previous company. We migrated off Gusto for one main reason - the increased options for benefits coverage were much more attractive for a growing company with employees in different parts of the US. I haven't used TriNet in a while, but I remember it required training and was a clunky interface to interact with.
