Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Within our organization, we use Rippling for payroll, HR management, and many other uses. I primarily use it to keep track of my shifts and to track any days off of work I need. It’s also been very helpful in showing me what benefits I have available to me to pick my workplace. The product addresses the need for engaging, easy-to-understand products in the workspace that can help you navigate the nitty-gritty details of working a job. I use Rippling almost every day, and I’d agreed it does a great job helping me navigate my workspace.

I accidentally clicked a button while onboarding with Rippling that made the team think I had a question, but they were so warm and welcoming in making sure I had everything I needed while I got set up. You can tell they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need!

I like how customizable it is for certain people based off of their preferences or needs in the workplace. It also is very easy to pick up for the first time and understand, and within a week of using Rippling, I felt like I could easily explain it to another employee!
Rippling is well suited, from my experience, within companies that aren’t too large. It seems to navigates the needs of a smaller, but swiftly growing industry. It works very well for individual employees tracking day-to-day details like clocking in and out and it makes them feel informed about their benefits. It might be less appropriate for explaining the big picture of things within the HR world, as Rippling runs based off of “widgets” or hubs for different needs, such as Payroll, Benefits, Days Off, etc.
