Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use the payroll, time off, benefit admin, workers comp, FSA, long term disability and life apps. These all stream line payroll, payroll tax reporting, PTO tracking, and the other operational tasks required to manage an FSA account and other misc benefits. We are a very small team so having the integration and efficiency provided by the Rippling platform is valuable.

Pros

  • The customer support is excellent. The best I have ever experienced.
  • They allow our accounting vendor to access various payroll and PTO reporting, which is very helpful.
  • The payroll app allows flexibility in overriding various set payments and deductions.

Cons

  • They have buried some of the apps, like the FSA app, in other apps and I always struggle to find it.
  • We are so tiny we use basic payroll, PTO and benefit tools. These help with efficiency and free up staff time. That is what generates ROI for us.
Rippling is easy to set up and the various vendors like workers comp and 401K are well integrated creating ease of use. We used TriNet in the past and Rippling provides far greater control and transparency. The other are vendors we considered when we left TriNet and were seeking another provider so I can not speak to the others.

The platform is easy to use and offers generous support both on-line and via email.
Rippling has nailed customer support. It is 100% via email however they are thorough and very quick to respond, usually within a couple of hours. If you have follow up questions, they again respond very quickly, usually within an hour. They often share links to the on-line resources which are also well thought out and thorough.
