Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

[...] is scaling fast and needs to onboard new team members quickly. We use Rippling to make that a seamless process and avoid duplicate work. Open enrollment can be a disorganized and stressful process for both the team member and our people operations team. Rippling streamlines at process and our team has had few questions about the process. We are able to offer great benefits easily.

Rippling is a far more scalable solution and the offer encompasses a far greater universe of people ops needs such as Healthcare, 401K, etc. Gusto was a great option when we had sub 50 employees and were looking for the most affordable option. Gusto is not a bad offering by any means. Rippling is just better in many ways.
We haven't had to reach out much but when we asked a question the answer given was complete and concise. We look forward to Rippling adding more features we can implement and know we will have have the support needed to implement. Compared with other vendors we have, Rippling's support is among the best.

We don't have many questions from our team about how to use Rippling. We just went through open enrollment and it was a seamless process. Open Enrollment can be a challenge and we have experienced issues in the past when we worked with another vendor. We look forward to next year and are glad we don't have the consider other options.
Rippling works if you have the scale to make it economically viable compared with other more affordable offers designed at organizations that are smaller (0-50 FT employees). Rippling is great if you want simplicity but I do question how Rippling works for organizations with more than 10K employees. We aren't there yet so I cannot say for certain.
