Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company uses Rippling for our health benefits and our pay checks. Using this software helps us stay on top of when to renew our health benefits. We previously used a different software but found that we needed a better technology for our growing company.

  • This has impacted us by making it easier for over 150 employees to navigate their health benefits and paychecks.
  • It helps HR save time and resources by have a software that keeps up with employee records.
  • It saves HR time by allowing the employees to self-serve and update person information when needed.
I had to contact customer support when I was locked out of my account. They helped me correct my password and get back in very quickly. They were very professional and quick.

It is very easy to navigate and the format of the dashboard is very user friendly.
I really like the ease of being able to go into the software and see my health benefits, my check stub, and taxes. It is easy to navigate and everything is laid out intuitively for a user.
