Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It's so easy to use and it's so intuitive. It's easy to navigate and other than the rare crashes or the two authenticator. it's almost perfect. But setting up direct deposit outside of the site is a living nightmare. It asks for the password and two authenticator pins over and over. It makes it so difficult to set it up.

It is a good system. Better than Workforce which crashes if you look too hard at it. The app could be better. We need to clock in on our apps. We need more ability to do a lot more on the app and not the website. That is really it.

It is an good system. It's a decent enough system but the app is atrocious and need some work. It doesn't crash all that often. Loading time are a bit long. the two authenticator is a little aggressive on how often it asks me for the codes like every two minutes or so.
It's okay for the most part but it can be slow to load. It crashes. The app is a nightmare to navigate. It's just a lot to try to work with when you are not on the actual site. I do not like the app. Can't clock in or do a whole heck of a lot on the app.
