Rippling is used to keep paystub’s organized, along with keeping track of employee, PTO time and insurance benefits

Pros

  • Keeping track of paystub’s
  • Notifications on birthdays and anniversaries

Cons

  • Many features on the desktop version is not available or limited on the app
  • Lessen the the amount of notifications Via email — Unnecessarily Fills up email inbox. Notifications preferred to be sent by different means: i.e. text message or phone notifications.
  • Everything remains organized
  • Efficient organization, and easy access allows more time to get other things done

The majority of features are easily accessible and efficient. What used to take 30 minutes to an hour to obtain can be obtained in minutes if needed.
