Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The system was used for onboarding, name of position, manager, and payroll processing including direct deposit.

Pros

  • The payroll processing system as timely
  • Email confirmation of payroll was sent time
  • Onboarding process was seamless

Cons

  • There should a phone number for Manager instead of email
  • Timesheets should be reflected
  • Approval of hours worked
  • The investment has low turnover over.
  • Staff are returning for next plan year.
  • Reporting is accurate.
It’s important for staff to handle their onboarding on their time. Life is can get busy, and being able to complete all of the steps including providing documentation should not be stressful. Starting with a new organization starts once candidates apply for an open position. It’s important to
make an a positive impression.
I had a question about processing and the effective date of a pay increase ,and job title change. The Support Team Member looked up my record, and answered quickly providing my great customer service. Also, the Representative exhibited a friendly tone when speaking with me. I felt assured of being very knowledgeable.

The reason for my rating pertains to having to submit onboarding documentation several times. After the system recognized the validity, the process continued seamlessly. I realize that there are glitches from time to time. I was not irritated or upset. I reentered the information and submitted the documentation until it was versified and accepted.
Rippling is well suited for onboarding process as every step of completion is tracked. They are not well suited for keeping a management phone number directory in case of emergency. I ran into an emergency twice pertaining to clients. Unfortunately the issue was not brought to
management’s attention until several business days later.
