Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am a user/employee as a CSR Specialist and amazed at how many features Rippling has to offer in one app/site

Pros

  • The ease of requesting and tracking time off requests
  • The ability to do and receive peer reviews
  • The My pay feature for payroll/pay tracking

Cons

  • I have not really found any areas I do not like but I will try to find something
  • One thing was a little confusing was my time off request that had been approved I had a hard time finding it at first as it is sorted by the date you requested it rather than the day you have off but thats not bad its just how I was reading it wrong
  • When I try to add my holiday calendar it doesnt do anything
  • I would like to see my personal calendars added in like my person PTO as a calendar
  • The to do list is a little hard to fimd but I found it., so some items you have to dig to find and could use a button to the left or right side
  • quick and easy when requesting PTO
  • Locating pay stubs when needed very quickly and easy
  • Completing and requesting peer reviews very easy to do
  • Overall navigation is great
  • Variety of products is amazing
Easier to navigate and more options /variety of product availability , much better over all I would give a 6 to the previous and a solid 9 to Rippling

Because it's very easy to use and navigate and find what you are looking for
I give it a 9 overall. What I really like is the variety of options available in one app/site from requesting time off to peer reviews to benefits portal it;s amazing how much can be done in just one site/app and for the most part, it's vey easy to use
