Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is a one stop shop for HR at my company. From organization information, company departments & chart, pay, benefits, expenses, Rippling takes care of it all. Super friendly user interface (im a product designer) makes it so easy and seamless to check anything and find anything. I just interacted with Rippling support yesterday and they were also very amazing

Pros

  • Amazing and super friendly user interface
  • Great integration, you can find everything and anything on Rippling
  • Great support, i just chatted with Rippling Support about my HSA yesterday

Cons

  • Sexual Harassment training is very lengthy and not user friendly
  • HSA contribution should show the current year until next year
  • Save time at work with submitting expenses
  • Quick to find Benefits
  • Quick to see pay breakdown
  • I can add multiple Checking accounts and set custom direct payment
By far way better user experience than any other HR tool ive ever used (other HR tools were sooooo inmemorable).
I just love Rippling and the friendly user interface and well thought through experience on both desktop and mobile have been so great. I enjoy HR tools and Rippling allows me to maximize my benefits with my company!

Again, great tool. Compared to any other HR tools ive used Rippling is by far the best. I understand that there are many things involved when it comes to HR, but Rippling has probably figured it out. This is such a good solution and as an employee that uses Rippling, I appreciate my company more.
Probably the best HR tool i have ever used. It saved me SO MUCH time during my onboarding here at Ownwell.
I didn't have to talk to an HR person even.

As I move on with my day to day at work, Rippling has been super easy to submit expenses (which is something i do very often).
It's also very very seamless and quick to check my benefits.
The user experience has been beyond wonderful, even on the app.
