Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am a user from a technical team that is separate from admin/HR/IT and I use Rippling weekly to check my retirement account balances, benefits, paystubs, and to submit PTO. It is incredibly convenient to have all of this information in one place and Rippling has a very simple UI that makes it easy to use as a dashboard.

  • App Store purpose not clear
  • Training guides in unknown location
  • Challenging to click on pending tasks in home page
Rippling has a way better UI and is easier to work with compared to these other products. I hope our company considers implementing the features of Expensify (for reimbursement) and Navan (for travel) into Rippling as I have had issues with both of those products and imagine that this would not be the case for Rippling.
I haven't contacted support for Rippling.

The UI really stands out. The interface is simple and clean and I prefer having a lot of space to see and work with the tools I need to use weekly.
Definitely well suited for employee dashboards to check finances and time off, but not sure how well it is suited for task management due to some organizational issues and difficulties in completing those tasks. I should be able to click and complete a tasks directly, but it took me a while to figure out that I have to use a slight workaround where I click the "options" symbol.
