Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is what we use for our payroll, insurance and clock in/out. This is an amazing application because it is a one stop shop for all our employee's HR needs. It is an efficient way to organize time off requests, sick time and personal days off. The dashboard is self-explanatory and is a great way to incorporate everyone in the company. I enjoy how easily the app is to use for figuring out insurance benefits and 401k benefits as well. It is nice to have an updated system that is also available for IOS download. This is by far the best HR software I have come across in my years working.

Rippling has way more to offer from a HR standpoint. There is loads of features and several in app integrations. I love the ease of the payroll and it clearly lists all of the different paid holidays and paid time off. The app also is visually/aesthetically pleasing. I enjoy the art that is included in all of the emails bi-weekly for paystubs.

I love the usability. It's incredibly user friendly. I love the way you can use it to onboard employees.
Rippling is great for mid-size businesses and local small businesses. It's a great system for people who aren't necessarily technologically savvy because of its easy to use nature. I think anyone could navigate their human resource needs with this application. I feel like in any business setting this app is appropriate.
