Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it for payroll, logging hours, benefits, and time off. It allows me to log my hours to and prevent me from working overtime and allows me to better understand my benefits.

Pros

  • They have a very clear interface.
  • Logging hours is easy.
  • Seeing my benefits is straightforward.

Cons

  • I think logging hours could be more efficient. Allow a copy and past of hours worked.
  • it has built an unfrustrating and good attitude
It is so much easier to use - workday is a hassle.
