We use Rippling mostly for payroll processing, including overseas contractors. Additionally, we use it for processing expense reimbursements and some routine HR-related matters that do not require high-level interaction, such as I-9 verification and processing onboarding and offboarding- including severance matters and other job-related and legally binding settlements.
