Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll, onboarding, benefits management, and time off tracking. As a nonprofit organization, SUN has on-the-ground staff in several states across the US, including Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico. This software is able to integrate payroll for several different tax counties and territories. We are now able to streamline payroll and customize it to various regulations.

The last software we used did not have the flexibility of allowing us to process payroll and onboard with employees in US Territories. ADP is an outdated program but serves its purpose for smaller companies. Our company is going through a growth spurt and quickly scaling up teams, so we need software like Rippling to support that expansion.
I'd say it's probably really good customer service. However, I've never had to use it. Which also speaks to the ease of Ripplings' offerings.

This software program is straightforward enough for an 8th-grade student. We work in a very technical industry, and terminology can become confusing, so we like to make it digestible for grade-schoolers to understand. Otherwise, team members can become bored with the software, which could lead to less activity and involvement, as well as care about their benefits, payroll, etc.
Submitting payroll is easier for a growing team to manage. Rippling has a great time-off tracking feature. You are notified by email when you get paid and even recognize your birthday and work anniversary. This helps with building team relationships, so as a manager, you don't always have to be about the business, but it shows you care.
