Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My organization uses Rippling as a comprehensive HR and payroll platform to streamline and automate various administrative tasks. I primarily use Rippling to access my payroll information, manage benefits, submit time off requests, and update personal details. It is a centralized platform that integrates seamlessly with other tools, ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • Mobile friendly, which is awesome.
  • Time off request is super simple.

Cons

  • None to add.
  • Again, the ease of use.
  • Zero silos, one source of truth.
These others are similar in ease of use, but Rippling has an advantage for some reason. It's just that much better. I would recommend it to any company using a similar tool or platform. It is the best. I use it every single day of my life to check on things.
Anytime I ever needed to contact support, it was cleared up in a matter of minutes. No robots. You don't get that with other competitors.

THE BEST. I give it a 10/10 due to its ease of use, one source of truth, and gives me the ability to see my personal information in seconds.
Self-Service Benefits Management - During open enrollment periods, Rippling allowed employees to easily compare health plans, enroll in coverage, and manage updates without requiring constant assistance from HR. This streamlined the process and reduced the administrative burden. Integrating with Other Tools - Rippling’s ability to integrate with platforms like Jira, Slack, and Salesforce makes it ideal for organizations with diverse tech stacks. For example, our IT team provisioned software access for new hires directly through Rippling, saving time and ensuring smooth transitions. I use many tools, so this is one of my favorite things about Rippling.
