Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling now manages our organization's time, attendance, payroll, and training. We have experienced more efficacy in employees clocking in/out and accessing their PTO time.

Pros

  • Track time and attendance.
  • Enable employees to clock in immediately on mobile phones.
  • Notify employees about tasks to be completed (i.e. onboarding).

Cons

  • Mobile app with same features as browser (admin).
  • Easier to add more roles for one employee.
  • Ease of use (non-profit use).
  • Great use of grant funds (HR).
I am a site supervisor, so I did not choose Rippling. It is highly efficient, however, compared to our former HR platform!
When I had questions about onboarding last month, support from Rippling was available immediately. Also, when I contacted our HR department with questions, they could access assistance from Rippling within minutes.

It is simple to use for both employees (line staff) and admin (coordinators/directors). I understand that it is very user-friendly for our HR team as well.
Well-suited for both small organizations (like ours) and larger companies.
