Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling is used for Employer of Record, Benefits Administration, Leave and timesheet management, organization structure and expense management. This is especially important for smaller organizations with limited international footprint or exposure but an international client base to support. Employees are located around the globe and it's important to have a proper support structure for the organization to keep everyone connected.
Pros
- Expense Management - No hassles, mobile app, AI incorporated with photos
- Leave Management - easy to apply and send for approval
- Onboarding - all can be done online without paper copies.
Cons
- More employee engagement with EOR Contracts
- Local country benefits administration
- Timeliness in response during onboarding process
- Onboarding of Australian employee took less than 2 weeks
- Expense reimbursement on approval happens within the pay cycle
- Leave and Accruals are up to date and accurate
