Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I have been using Rippling to manage my time-off and vacations
I also use it to sign documents and see company HR structure
I like the all in one feature
I also like the UI interface
I think that some more features could be added or improved like the calendar

In the past we could not login to UI, we tried to contact Support, it took some time to hear back from Rippling Support team, after a while the service was back on. Support could be improved here
