Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling as a user to schedule and manage time-off, manage benefits enrollments, and set up direct deposit of my payroll. The scope of my use case is fairly limited as I'm not a manager or HR rep. However, I feel my experience is useful for feedback as I have used other similar products and can provide comparison.

At a high level, Rippling is just more intuitive. Paylocity was hard to navigate, and I often found myself visiting multiple pages to find what I wanted. Rippling's navigation makes it easy to find what I'm looking for quickly without getting lost. Also, we recently went through open enrollment for benefits. Paylocity didn't have a great platform for that, so we had to go to a third party site to complete enrollment last year. In contrast, Rippling had an extremely straight-forward on-site enrollment process. I never had to question if I was going to the correct site, or doing enrollment correctly. Rippling guided me through the process with ease and saved me probably an hour of my time.

Rippling was extremely easy to login for the first time and understand exactly where everything was. If I was trying to find something specific, it never took long to navigate there and accomplish what I was trying to accomplish. I've yet to feel frustrated when trying to accomplish a task in Rippling.
Rippling is very intuitive for employees to use. This is the first year my company has used the platform, in favor of Paylocity, which we used last year. At a high level, Rippling is just more intuitive. Paylocity was hard to navigate, and I often found myself visiting multiple pages to find what I wanted. I've had limited issues, but one small thing that popped up: At my company we get a fixed number of days off each year (as opposed to accruing time-off over time). I'm not sure if the problem is Rippling or if we set it up wrong, but the site accrues my time rather than keeping it fixed, which makes it hard for me to keep track of how much time I actually have remaining throughout the year.
