Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is a centralized hub for HR needs such as organizational chart, Time off requests, benefits, and general info. We use it weekly if not daily. So far it has been much more easy to use than the previous platform we had and seems very intuitive as far as its design. No issues yet.

Pros

  • no icon replacement
  • Keeps employees informed
  • Makes time off requests simple
  • acts as a hub for reviews
Beats them all , and because of SSO it all is easy to get to and I dont have to remember multiple passwords and go to different pages. Any issues pale in comparison to my issues with previous software, which individually, have their own annoyances. Really liking my experience thus far.

With SSO I really enjoy navigation and all the ease of use. Its a overall benefit for employees to use and because of this we can be much more efficient and clear on communication.
The software really encompasses what used to be 3 separate applications for HR , Benefits, General employee info, Time Off, Company Communication, and Reviews. As far as time off requests its a little vague on whether the request has been sent to the appropriate party. otherwise no complaints. Really good software thus far.
