Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is an HR portal where I have a single sign-on to other apps, mandatory internal courses, HR diagrams, benefits documentation, Time off management, tasks, approvals, reports, and others. It's a great HR tool that facilitates employees' everyday activities. I can also manage my devices like the laptop, learning paths, and other tasks.

  • Learning management.

Cons

  • Find your answer feature in support could be more complete.
  • Not much to improve really.
  • Change and personalization of look and feel would be great.
  • It manages well employee database.
  • Great SSO tool.
  • Great HR diagram charts help the onboarding process get easier by allowing new employees to understand the organizational structure.

Easy to use, intuitive, great integration with other apps, the best HR tool I have used in all the companies I have worked for.
It's a great portal; single sign-on integrates with various applications tremendously. Its look and feel are great, and it feels natural to navigate the application. The anniversaries section is instrumental. The HR diagram is excellent, too. About where it is not appropriate... honestly, there is not much to say here; everything is perfect. After a while, you use it less, but it complements other applications well.
