My organization is an early stage startup that uses Rippling primarily for payroll and time off requests. We will surely utilize more features as we add employees and benefits.
Pros
- Notifies employees when they have been paid
- Provides a simple platform for employee and payroll management
- It is scaleable as an organization grows
Cons
- It is good for HR and payroll tools but reporting and analytics features can feel limited.
- It integrates with many third-party applications like Slack, but some integrations require manual intervention and data syncing can be inconsistent.
- While the interface is generally user-friendly for employees, it can be complex for administrators to navigate backend features like compliance tracking, permissions management and benefit plan configurations.
- It enables us to provide services we could not afford if we had to pay an employee to do the same work
- It provides a one-stop shop for our HR needs
