Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am a broker and Rippling is one of the best benefits admin platforms out there. Rippling has global capabilities for my clients. The platform is very intuitive, easy to navigate and the customer service support is outstanding. This is a one-stop where we can bundle all services in one place, payroll, global, benefits, COBRA admin and flex benefits admin.

Pros

  • Global capabilities, able to toggle between countries
  • Benefit platform is very easy to navigate
  • Customer service support is excellent and quick turnaround
  • Flex benefit administration is excellent

Cons

  • Rippling currently does not support custom benefits setting up the EDI feed connection. I would like to see this function enabled so I can get the EDI feed connection going instead of having manually process these enrollments.
  • Rippling has a positive impact on my clients. The feedback I receive is that they are very happy with Rippling and are very glad they made the switch from their previous ben admin/payroll vendor to Rippling.
  • I have referred several employers to Rippling and they have all given me a huge thank you for referring them to Rippling.
I recently moved an employer/company to Rippling from TriNet. The experience has been oustanding and this employer is very happy with the move to Rippling. The service support from TriNet is severely lacking and it is very difficult for employers and employees to get any assistance with the HSA administrator and Flex Benefits administrator with TriNet. The Rippling COBRA admin team and Flex Benefits admin team is very responsive and helpful and response time is very quick.
This is one of the top reasons why I recommend Rippling. The customer service support is outstanding and I receive a response that very day. Any support issues are resolved very quickly and the follow up is also excellent. It is a huge asset for myself and my clients to have great customer service support.

Rippling's overall usability is great. I find the system very intuitive and easy to navigate. When loading in benefit plans, the system prompts me step by step on how to set them up. It is also very easy to go in and make updates in the system as needed. If I need any help, the broker support team is readily available. The chat feature is also quite helpful and usually I can get my answer quite readily.
I highly recommend Rippling as the customer service support is truly outstanding. Rippling's system is very intuitive and easy to use. When I reach out to broker services for support issues, I receive a reply that very day and usually the issue is resolved and/or corrected fairly quickly. Rippling is very good at following up. I am in the process of setting up an API feed between Rippling and the carrier, and Rippling team keeps me well-informed on the progress.
