Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I currently use Rippling to keep track of the time I spent working in my obligations and to manage my payroll, with it I can split my income into multiple bank accounts easing the way I organize my financial life, it's a very pratical and custumizeble app being perfect for contractors like me who work abroad.

Cons

  • Lack of currencies to withdraw
  • Not intuitive at first sight
  • Rippling helped with the share payment between accounts avoiding some taxes in Brazil
Rippling's Time Tracking tool is definetely a great diferencial as well as the option to split the payment into different bank accounts. Both are things that are in Rippling but not in Deel and it makes a big difference to have these tools available for payment purposes aswell as to organize the work done.
I only had to use Rippling support once due to an issue with my first payment, the whole process was guided by someone from the Human Resources of my company. Everything ran out smoothly and soon it was all sorted out without any major problems, that being said the support team is amazing.

The interface is very good and very customizable from employee to employee attending different needs for each employee and the Human Resources team can customize it for every individual person, but at first I was a bit lost using it for the first time and I should have an tool that I didn't at the moment and didn't knew it so I had to talk with my superior to figure it out. Other than that it's great.
Rippling is perfect for those who work abroad as contract, like me. I work from Brazil to a company based on the United States of America, using Rippling simplifies the contract process aswell as the payroll detailment and the payment being able to put several bank accounts in it and spliting the payment among the accounts.
