Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

This amazing tool has been helping us with our staff to control our information from each individual instead of a human resources colleague working on it. As a user, I clock in and clock out, submit what bank account I want to receive my payment, control over my vacations, everything is really working fine

In my company, Rippling is integrated with our Guru where we have tons of information of our company, our organization chart is linked to Guru and Rippling making things a lot faster whenever we need to create, update or check our policies. With Google, we create a user in Rippling and this assign a Google account and all the tools an employee needs

It has been a very friendly user tool to manage and centralize our information and processes. It saves time for managing our staff members, creating profiles in the tools we use like Guru, Google Workspace, etc. Also it helps for employees to submit their expenses into the platform and then we can reimburse directly to their bank accounts
I noticed that the tool also serves as a talent hunter, so it helps Human Resources greatly on how to look for new talent, how to address a job application, etc.Besides that, it allows a better management for an employee of their own stuff.I like I receive all the access in that tool for all the tools I need to do my job, linked to email account.
