Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Riggling for our payroll services and benefits management.

Pros

  • Customer service.
  • User friendly interface.
  • Organization

Cons

  • It's pretty expensive.
  • It is not as unique as it used to be.
  • Mainly just lower the cost.
  • It's hard to measure that.
  • We don't really use Rippling for this purpose.
  • But it doesn't mean that I don't think rippling is well worth every penny.
My employees agree that rippling is better strictly for customer service help and the organized user interface.
The wait time is nonexistent, and the bedside manner is superb.

The percentage of user errors I receive now has decreased by 85%.
The team always complained that they would have issues with ADP when it came time to clock in and out. Once we switched over to Rippling, the error emails that I received dropped by 85%. They all said it was because rippling was organized so much more efficiently.
