Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling to keep track of my payroll, make my PTO requests, and, in general terms, communicate with my whole HR department regarding my schedule. Rippling has been an excellent solution to different payment methods we've used in the past; for all the other accounts on the various counties our employees are, it surely does an excellent job making sure everybody is paid on time, the expectations are clear, and the money arrives without decisions or extra charges to them. Also, managing the employees' schedules for PTO requests is easy and direct with the immediate bosses for each team, making every team independent and flexible.

- Fixing the PTO Calendars so they can be adjusted to different free days (In my company, not every employee has the same free days on the week, and it is actually updated monthly).
- Open the possibility to add neo banks accounts.
- It's a simple adjustment but a dark mode would be really appreciated.
- Pop up notifications of payment on the app.
- The price VS effectivenesss of Rippling is just incomparable. Changing now would be a step back, to be fully honest.
While growing, we used less specialized softwares to cover what Rippling does for us nowadays. To be fully honest, we were lucky enough to make the change directly to a great option cause it actually helped us to grow faster and better. Once the basis is covered, the payment for your employees, you can grow a lot more with a firm floor under the company workflow.
