Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for expenses, payroll and purchase request. It is nice as an employee to have all of these features all in one place. We used several apps in the past to do the same work we're now able to do in Rippling. It savings a ton of time and it's user friendly.

Pros

  • Very easy to submit receipts and expenses. Big time saver
  • I can easily request time off and gain approval.
  • It is easy to access my paycheck and benefit information

Cons

  • There are many required fields for each expense report. Wonder if AI could help fill in some of those fields to streamline filling out an expense report.
  • It saves a ton of time doing expense reports and getting approvals
  • There is a ton of clarity about what's outstanding and what has been submitted and approved. It's very user-friendly.
We used to have a few platforms that did specific things. Now we use Rippling for all PTO requests, expense approval, employee payroll and benefits. It's nice having everyone all in one place.
Any time I need anything, I know I can reach out and get support quickly.

Very each to navigate between the different features. Employees know how to access files quickly, upload expenses and submit expense requests.
I am not really in a leadership position currently where I have others ask me about software like this. But if someone asked about this type of tool, I would highly recommend they check it out.
