Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has been a great asset to our team for efficient and seamless hourly tracking, running payroll, and standardized onboarding processes and documentation.

Before Rippling we had to use multiple software to accomplish all of our employee's needs, now we can have all systems in one place. It has made our office systems much more efficient.

  • We were able to go from 3 software to manage all employee needs to just Rippling
Rippling provides a higher level of customization and flexibility compared to Gusto. Including workflows, and reporting. Rippling provides a robust self-service portal where employees can manage their own benefits, time off, and other HR-related tasks that I haven't found as great in other software.
In my experience chatting with Rippling support has been inconsistent. The response time can vary from quick answers to delayed time- when you have more urgent questions/needs this can be frustrating. I have also had a variety in knowledge and have felt that my questions need to be escalated before I get an answer.

Rippling is a great all-around software that is fairly easy to use for all employees. Some features have a more intuitive user interface than others, and think there could be some improvements in improving all features and less focus on expanding features until current ones have continued improvement.
Rippling has been a great tool for our mid-sized company (50-100 employees), been great for creating on-boarding processes and managing employee needs. I could see a larger company running into issues using Rippling.
