I use Rippling for Payroll, organisation charts, and onboarding purposes. The best feature which I like is that I can add multiple bank accounts for Salary, and I can divide the salary into parts and I can configure such that which bank account will receive what percentage of the salary. This is the best feature of Rippling which I like. I have used Rippling for employee onboarding, payroll, benefits and IT asset provisioning.

- There should be option to disable provident fund contribution from the salary.
- There should be option to see the current open positions in my current company.
- There should be option to refer candidates for the current open positions in my org.
