Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
My organization uses Rippling for HR and benefits primarily. The business problems Rippling addresses are streamlined communication from leadership to employees during company-wide processes like review cycles, onboarding new employees, and having a one-stop-shop that employees can use for payroll, benefits, company organizational charts, and other HR needs. I just described the scope of our use case.
Pros
- Aesthetically pleasing and intuitive user interface.
- Reminders and notifications regarding essential tasks.
- Organized well and makes information easy to find.
Cons
- Having the org chart function show every single employee immediately upon viewing it. I must click around on specific team leaders to find my way to the team members I'm looking for.
- When assigning a task for completion to an employee, have it link directly to the place in the Rippling platform they need to navigate to complete the task Rippling is asking them to do correctly.
Rippling is much better than both of these platforms. Justworks and Insperity's user interfaces felt like they hadn't been updated in decades and were clunky to navigate. Rippling was organized from the start and had a specific place for everything I needed regarding my HR, administrative, and onboarding needs.
