Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for onboarding and all HR-related tasks for ICs, as well as managers managing time-off requests and device management.

Pros

  • Onboarding
  • Healthcare plans.
  • Time-off requests and tracking.

Cons

  • They could make it easier to verify your identity earlier.
  • They could provide guidance on healthcare plans easier.
  • Allow 1 click acceptance of PTO.
  • It helped us onboard our first US based employee very easily.
  • Helped us maintain US benefits that are similar to other companies.
  • Easily acquire US based Benefits for our US employee.
We were able to get our questions answered and double-checked for our new hire.
