Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling here to control my vacations and time off, I can view a brief summary of my benefits, before going into the specific vendor web site. Also, I can view my payslips and tax documentation for the company I work for. There is a learning section and approval sections, but we don't really use it that much.

Pros

  • display different sections in the main page
  • its easy to find my payslips
  • website is friendly in general
  • changing to spanish is easy

Cons

  • support in spanish
  • maybe different colors on website
  • it's easy to onboard new employees
  • it's easy to concentrate a lot of info into 1 solution
  • it's easy to follow up on time off and vacation days

well, it has icons to identify sections, and big names, so I can easily see what I am looking for, its response is very quick, I mean, no load times between different pages. Information is accurate and up to date, except for the info that we need to fill ourselves, otherwise it is great.
I can switch easily to Spanish language in the settings. I can easily see my pay slips and navigate through the history of previous periods. I like the section of the organization chart, even though its not yet updated.And I hope tax documents are easy available here, although this is my first year, I haven't used it before.
