Great.
Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling to manage human resources tasks such as clocking in and out, time management, and taking breaks and lunches. I also use Rippling to complete training, access W2s, and enroll in employer health insurance. I use it to manage time off, access salary information, and sign NDAs/onboarding tools. This is helpful when other tools, such as the call center tool, can have issues/glitches; this serves as a backup for time management.
Pros
- Time tracking: It shows exactly the time you clocked in/out, and on its main screen, it shows how many hours you have worked per pay period. It also does a good job of warning you if you go over for your lunch and break.
- For taxes, it does a good job of keeping track of all past year W2s at a glance. It provides an email as soon as the W2 is uploaded by the employer, making it easy to know so you do not have to bother management about when W2s will come in.
- Employee benefits, it does a good job when enrolling in employee health insurance. Has links to all information like insurance summary of benefits to read over, and lets you sign and keep track of your benefits and provides member services number for insurance.
Cons
- It would be nice if there was a quick button for clocking in/out when you navigate to other pages.
- Rippling could be more stable. Sometimes, it is glitchy when clocking in, making you late for a minute or two. It's not a huge deal, but it's a little frustrating.
- Dark Mode UI would be a nice feature.
- I'm an employee not management so not applicable.
