Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling to manage my paystubs, time-off requests, security trainings, and miscellaneous HR items. It provides a single place to manage my compensation and HR inquiries, instead of being spread across multiple tools. The trainings through Rippling are easy to complete and are effective, saving time from unnecessary meetings being set up.
Pros
- Simple and clear payroll processing: Rippling outlines payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits contributions so that I know exactly how much I made and where my money is going.
- Automated onboarding: Rippling automatically created my email account, shipped me a laptop, helped enroll me in payroll and benefits, and gave me access to other software I needed.
- Benefits Administration: I was able to compare health insurance plans, enroll in benefits, and make changes.
Cons
- It would be nice to have more detailed reporting and analytics available within Rippling, especially for payroll. Being in sales, my compensation is irregular. So being able to track it on different charts and graphs would be helpful.
- I'd like the ability to customize my homepage/dashboard how I like, to have my most commonly used features easily accessible.
- Onboarding that would normally take 1-2 weeks was completed in a day in a matter of hours.
- Scalable to accommodate rapidly growing teams like ours.
- We haven't had to hire additional HR reps because of the efficiency of Rippling.
