Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Time and attendance tracking is quick and simple. Before Rippling, submitting requests for time off were slow and painful and with Rippling it’s quick and easy. It’s very user friendly and saves a lot of time. Employees get to see everything in one place - their time off requests, approvals, taxes, pay, benefits etc. it’s one portal, one login eliminating the hassle of having to use different software and forgetting what has been tracked where. It really saves tons of time and is totally worth it

Rippling is a solid all-in-one platform that simplifies HR, payroll, benefits, and device management, making it perfect for small to medium-sized businesses. It’s easy to use, cost-effective, and helps automate a lot of the day-to-day tasks. While it might not have the deep customization or enterprise-level features that something like Workday offers, it’s definitely a great choice if you’re looking for something straightforward and efficient

Easy to use , very good interface and intuitive
Any organization that needs one portal to access information is going to need this and find it a huge save of time. If you’re an org with 10 people or less, you could probably still do things manually and not need Rippling but as the organization grows it becomes absolutely essential to track everything in one place to avoid back and forth with employees.
