Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am a direct user of the platform and I find it incredibly easy to use compared to other platforms we have used previously at my current company as well as other companies I have worked for in the past. The platform is easy to use and has humor built into the communications they send. Tracking payroll, time off and benefits is something that is incredibly important to me and Rippling provided a great level of service

Pros

Cons

  • There are truly no additions I can think of
  • Rippling is a one-stop shop for all of my needs
  • Improving in any area is fine but there is not a current need on my end
I think Rippling has a much better user interface than Zenefits. Once we transitioned to Rippling, there was an immediate improvement in quality. It is not to say that Zenefits or TriNet are not solid competitors or behind the times but, in my opinion, Rippling is just a step above when it comes to usability and design.

Fantastic design in both the web based portal as well as the cellular application. Reports can be pulled instantly and tracking of benefits, payroll and time off is paramount to employee satisfaction. I access Rippling much more often than previous platforms because of the high level of personal workflow usability.
This is a one stop shop for payroll needs. You can accurately see your payroll, benefits and time off in real time. The app is very well laid out on your phone and the web portal on the computer is much the same. This platform has been the best payroll suite I have ever utilized in my professional career.
