Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as a Human Resource platform at our company. Rippling allows our employees to do a variety of things including view their paycheck stubs, tax forms, PTO balance, request PTO, and view company policy information and forms. Rippling offers all of these benefits, plus more, in a very user friendly format.

Pros

  • Easy to use format
  • Provide website and phone app for easy accessibility
  • Ability to customize the applications based on your company's specific needs

Cons

  • Lots of Updates
  • Possibly add a chat function between employees
  • not too much I would change/add
  • Allows employees open access to many of their HR files that would normally require assistance to acquire.

As previously stated, this product is extremely user friendly.
Basd on the fact that Rippling is a user-friendly platform, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
