Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for Payroll, Health Benefits hub, Quarterly and annual review process with our supervisors, time off requests, employee shoutouts, online water cooler for office games, chats, contests, anniversaries, birthdays and out-of-office notifications. I use Rippling daily to see the activities happening for the day and to check who is out of the office for the day. I log into my health benefits hub to see everything I have signed up for.

Pros

  • It shows me all the details relating to my paycheck, including all contributions.
  • It shows me all of my benefits in one place and how much I am paying for those benefits.
  • It gives me a home page to see all activities happening in my office for the day and upcoming events.
  • Allows me to enter goals and write notes against those goals.
  • Allows me to schedule time off with a single click.
  • Allows me to do "shout outs" to fellow employees who have some something exceptionally well.

Cons

  • It would be nice if Rippling provided direct links to log into your health care provider from the benefits hub.
  • The organization has benefited, in my opinion, from the consolidation of all tasks that previously required multiple software packages to complete the tasks we now do in one.
No comparison in my eyes. Rippling has so many options and tabs with various information at your fingertips. There is nothing in my eyes that Rippling can't handle. We used to spend a lot of time contacting the HR Department with questions regarding our insurance, scheduling time off, and paycheck issues. Now we can see it all in one place and answer our own questions.
I have never had to contact support, so I guess that is a good sign. I have never had any problems with the software.

It is very easy to maneuver through the tabs and windows to find the information. Everything is easily labeled for quick access. With the new addition of the "Feed" tab, you really have it all in one place.
I love this software. We previously used another software that didn't even compare to the capabilities of Rippling. This has been so beneficial for our HR Department to send out mass communication to the employees as well as schedule fun events. They use Rippling as an educational hub where there are multiple training options free for the employees to sign up for at any time. It's easy to request time off and easy to see what has been approved. It makes it ideal for the HR Department to keep track of employment details and ideal for the employee to check on themselves.
