Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company uses Rippling as an HR solution. It is used to process and distribute payroll, provide onboarding and training solutions for all employees (including offer letters, etc), as well as enrolling in employer-sponsored benefits (health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances). The org chart feature is one that solves a lot of issues for us a company whose employees are primarily remote.

Rippling is an EXTREMELY user friendly platform. As an end user, it's not confusing, it's straightforward, and I feel like I know where each feature I need to use is, and how to use it.
Rippling is well suited to my company where most employees are remote. The org chart feature is most useful to understand all employees scope, roles, and direct reports. My company is adjacent to a startup level company as far as a structure, and Rippling is well-suited to this kind of company. A larger company with more complex training, reporting, and performance management needs may not benefit most from Rippling.
