Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling allowed us to combine what had been four vendors into one service. We were stuck in age of spreadsheets and databases which in turn meant things were missed and inefficiency reigned. It was a frustrating time and only when we started using Rippling did we finally understand just how inefficient our operations had been. One site, one hub, multiple (and I mean multiple) applications to use that all served to improve our operations. So grateful for Rippling.

Pros

  • They notify myself and our employees of documentation requests, decisions made on requests they officially make.
  • Rippling handles the onboarding of new employees sending to them the necessary documents to be compliant with the business, state and accrediting agencies. They have direct portal that these items can then be uploaded to. So intuitive and streamlined. Love it.
  • Rippling offers many services and we have taken advantage of several of these. The ability to have one entity that manages so many facets of our business is so helpful. No longer wondering who is responsible for what documentation or what business hours are for someone who handles our HR. Now, it's all in one place and highly efficient.
  • Efficient. It's a word I use a lot when asked about Rippling. They have saved us time, and eliminated our errors which also cost time and money. This is a game changer for us. Not to mention a relief on the nerves.

Cons

  • It is hard to think of ways that Rippling could improve. The one area that we did have a bit of a slowdown was in the onboarding process. It was not intuitive and we expect to have some learning curve so if I could say anything needs improvement it would be this area.
  • We are more productive.
  • There is a significantly better use of time. Time is everything and as such it impacts everything we do. How we use the time we have depends on the assets we have at our disposal. Rippling is like a superpower to our company. Our time management is light years ahead of where we were without this amazing service.
  • Rippling keeps us on track and on task. Rippling also lets us know where our weaknesses are and how to address them, when to address and lets us know when things have been corrected.
Because when I seek help it is readily available and the answers we get are competent. It is so frustrating to call companies and get an answering machine or to get transferred 12 times to only leave a message. With Rippling when someone assists you it is timely and more importantly it is competent help. I rate competence higher than kindness because anyone can be a kind buffoon but I need someone who may be correct and direct but also handled my problem and efficiently directed me on how to fix it.

If I can use it anyone can use it. I am tech savvy but let's face it, it's tough going from one program to the next and then adding in all the constant upgrades and updates that various entities have it gets difficult to keep up. Rippling makes it easy and to make it one of the best companies around they have a vast archive of quick, to the point instructional videos to help on a myriad of issues that may come up.
Rippling is well suited for a company that is growing and has a staff of 8 to 20 staff and growing. They handle the HR for us and the timekeeping and payroll. They keep our staff compliant with the State and accrediting agencies. They are a hub which our employees use to handle everything from payroll to PTO.
