Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use it as a centralized resource for our HR, IT, assets management, expense reporting etc. It connects directly to our accounting software for seamless connectivity. We also use it as our benefit administrator platform. Resource planning and supply chain data accumulation.

Alternatives Considered

Gusto, BambooHR and Deel

Honest they are all better than Rippling in their respective areas, Deel.com international payments / contractor management, and tax filings, Bamboo much better for hiring, and data integrity. Gusto overall easier platform to set up and maintain. Rippling does the best job at centralizing it all and being the overall better platform for a fast moving company.

Support Rating

Usually very responsive and quick, I do find the rigidity around payments a bit old school. Days of approval take a very long time.

Usability

Definitely the easiest to use platform and provides the absolute best user experience for Administrators, Managers, and even lower level associates. The over flexibility, ability to manage HR requirements, language and currency options for payments truly makes it standout as the number 1 platform. I would say that after Deel.com it would be the easiest to use for end users, and second easiest to use in terms of setting up for admins compared to Gusto.

QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, Carta, Figma

Likelihood to Recommend

Multi contract trade and simplicity. The platform requires a lot to set up work, which when you compare to other platforms like Deel.com or Gusto, you can set it up in a very quick session. The other issue is international payment, it is much easier on Deel. Sending out invites, user experience and over data management is far greater on Rippling.
