One of the best tool in market to manage employee lifecycle.

Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to manage all our HR stuff—like employee info, onboarding, and payroll. It really helps take care of the boring, repetitive tasks and keeps everything organized in one place. The best part is how easily it connects with other tools, so we can set up custom workflows that make things like hiring or offboarding way smoother and less of a headache.

Pros

  • Makes it super easy to handle everything for an employee—from hiring to their last day.
  • Works really well with other tools, like I have integrate it with Slack to wish our workforce a warm welcome on their first day.

Cons

  • Sometimes it becomes hard to find somethings that I want from their UI, as a employee. Example is I wanted my salary breakdown but I couldn't find it in Finance tab instead it was present in my personal information. Could not understand this behavior.
  • This has really impacted my HR workforce count, now we need lesser people to manage Employee Lifecycle,
  • Real easy to setup, makes employee onboarding very smooth.
None as far apart from Rippling.
I think I haven't faced any gap in the product, but I have deducted 2 points because product UI can be improved on the basis of user behavior, example again is, to see my compensation breakdown I will of going to finance tab rather then personal info where I am asked to edit my name, number and other details.

It provides all things that our team required. So definitely deserve the rating.
Honestly one of the best tool for managing the whole employee journey from start to finish.
