Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for all work related tasks like time tracking, leave management, payroll, tax management, learning management etc. I'm a user of the platform through an EOR of xAI. I use it to apply for leaves, check the leave calendar, write my monthly reviews, complete any pending courses from the company, or even to manage my payment information and tax information.

The support is usually quick to respond (within 12 hours), but 1 in 10 times they might take longer than 24 hours to respond. This might be inconvenient if you have some urgent help or assistance that you might require from them. This is something that can be improved to make the experience even better.

I like the ease of use that Rippling offers. The UI is simplistic and easy to use, I can find what it is I'm trying to find without much trouble or confusion. The payment management is on-point and enables a high level of transparency with a clear-cut breakdown of tax information as well. Additionally, the leave management system is also really simple and useful.
Rippling is well suited as a people management/HR platform which basically allows employees to have access to all work related HR duties. Which can include leave applications/leave management, payment information, taxes, learning management (courses, etc.), self-reviews, etc.
It might not be appropriate for freelancers since this is more for contract based or full time employment.
