Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to support a range of services supplied to employees, such as access to general employee information, important documents and policies, paycheck information, as well other accounts such as HSA details if applicable.

Pros

  • Provide access to employee information
  • Make documents easy to find
  • Link to external services

Cons

  • The HSA SSO link doesn't always work the first time clicked
  • Pages sometimes seem to load slowly
  • Accessing my digital pay stubs is easy
  • The benefits breakdown is convenient
Rippling seems to have a wider range of features than similar products, but some of them are not currently used.

Rippling is very easy to use, it would be a 10/10 if its internal SSO links worked consistently.
Rippling is well suited as a general HR portal for storing employee data as well as providing accounts to employees so they can access their information, documents, and related account information.
