Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our primary HR platform for time off requests, reviews, holiday tracking, and correspondence with management (letters, approvals, etc.). We don’t use it for expenses, so it seems to be a basic plan for our HR platform. However, it serves its purpose well, and I’ve logged in many times to find what I’m looking for!

Pros

  • Email Reminders.
  • User Interface.
  • Time Off Requests.

Cons

  • Somewhat difficult to navigate online.
  • Mobile App.
  • Email reminders are sent daily, sometimes, which is too much.
  • Seamless and helpful onboarding process.
  • Time off / calendar tracking.
  • Email communication and reminders.
Although I did not choose Rippling, I’m glad my company did! It’s the best platform I’ve used by far. It exceeds Workday's capabilities and is easier to use in terms of its user interface. I’d pick Rippling 10 times out of 10 over any HR platform I’ve used before, especially Workday.
Never had to contact support!

It's the best HR platform user interface I’ve used before, so it's easily a 10 out of 10 for me. As I’ve mentioned, it stacks up way better than its competitors. I’d pick it over any others I’ve used for the ease of access and usability. It’s bright, intuitive, and modern, which I prefer the most.
It is well suited for smaller companies needing to utilize their HR services! It is not as suited for larger corporations, but especially for my company, which operates in the creative/music/art/media world, it works very well. We may also be using the basic features so that it can do even more for a larger entity.
