Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our payroll, timeclock and benefits. This addresses problems of having multiple applications to do all three jobs. Having the ability to clock in and out, submit PTO and see time off for holidays in one place is helpful. Benefits are also in one area which makes it super easy to look at updated benefit plan and OPM amounts. All of this makes payroll less stressful with it all being integrated into 1 app.

  • Everything works in unison.

  • More subdivision for apps within.
  • Communication between workers within app.
  • Some sort of chat option.

This application was horrible. Always had issues and the customer service was always so bad because they took forever to respond to any issue. Payroll was always an issue when we needed to have anything changed or corrected.
They are always fast and reliable when it comes to product support or issues.

Very user friendly
I would 100% recommend. We have never had any issues with this application. Payroll is always smooth. We always are able to see up to date benefit info as well as time off info. If there ever is an issue, the support team is very quick to respond and resolve issue.
