Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I find Rippling extremely useful and helpful, especially when it comes to managing PTO, vacations, and stuff related to salary, taxes, pay stubs, etc. I like to have access to my information in one place, but what I love the most is being able to request PTO without having to send an email or talk directly to my supervisor.

Pros

  • Understanding the company structure by having an organigram on Rippling

Cons

  • Providing more information about the salary like the yearly number
Rippling has a better user experience, is more easy to use and more comprehensive. This is more related to feelings but with Employee Navigator I felf my data was not being protected because the platform looked very old and outdated. With Rippling the feeling is the opposite because I think is more up to date. Also, the gifs they send when is pay day are super nice and fun lol

Rippling is very intuitive and easy to use. That's one of the things I like the most about this platform. It has nice integrations and the dashboard is great to guide through all of the different features you can find and use. It takes a while to get use to it but it's not because of the app is more because there is a lot of information to manage when you have work benefits
As an employee, I found Rippling super helpful and easy to use to check my benefits and also have a nice overview of my available PTO. Another thing and the one I love the most is being able to request PTO trhough the app without having to reach out/follow up directly with my supervisors for the request and approval. Everything is done on the app and is reflected on our calendars which saves time and makes it easier.
